Safely explore your child's natural abilities, assisting and encouraging them as they grow and develop right in front of your eyes! The journey continues . . . as our Gymbugs™ develop their gross motor skills, social interaction is emphasized and encouraged . . . walking, jumping, climbing, singing, dancing and moving with each other, making new friends and incorporating physical activity into their lives.

Motor skills continue to develop rapidly as our Gymbugs™ participate in more advanced coordination challenges. Through singing, dancing, games, gymnastics and tumbling activities, your child will begin to build the confidence and self-esteem they will need as they grow . . . and you will be right there with them!

Listening, comprehension and socialization skills are emphasized as structure increases. We begin to use more progressive movement and tumbling stations as we continue to teach our Gymbugs™ to enjoy physical activity.

4 Year Olds

(Parent Optional)

Our Gymbugs™ are now skilled tumblers, climbers and swingers!! More difficult gymnastics and movement activities are now in place, focusing on improving physical awareness, strength, flexibility and confidence!

5 & 6 Year Olds

(Parent Optional Class)

The growth continues through more ambitious and complex activities. Sports skills are now coupled with our gymnastics and tumbling exercises to further develop hand-eye coordination, motor skills and to introduce teamwork and camaraderie.

3, 4, & 5 Year Olds

(Parent - Child Class)

Almost 2 hours of fitness, music and fun under the supervision of our highly trained staff. Activities will include 60 minutes of free-play in our Gym and 45 minutes of singing, music and fun in our Music Center.
Gymbugs Class Schedule

4 - 7 Year Olds

(Parent Optional Class)

In this class, our Gymbugs will master the basic elements of gymnastics including the introduction of dance/tumbling combinations and simple elemental combinations on various apparatus. Through group activities and drills, strength/endurance training and multiple repetitions of skills, our instructors will discipline the mind, strengthen the body, increase muscle memory and teach about the importance of physical fitness. Confidence, self-esteem and socialization are emphasized through the introduction of performance events and team spirit . . . and each child will be given the opportunity to “show off” what they have learned for their teammates, coaches, and parents at the end of each session. This skills-based, progressive, and structured program will challenge even the most avid tumbler and provide a safe, fun, and encouraging environment to develop socially.

Gymnastics Class Schedule

Walking - 48 Months

(Parent - Child Class)

This program is offered to those parents who have more than one child and would like to take part in the Rolly Pollies experience but don’t want to get a babysitter. Gone is the one parent to one child ratio normally required in our regular tumbling class. In this class, you, along with the Rolly Pollies staff, can play with up to 3 children (triplets, friend’s child, etc.) without the assistance of another adult. Maximize your time and open up your schedule! Bring all of your children at once and let them enjoy our free-play class together.

Sibling Class Schedule

5 & 6 Year Olds

(Parent Optional Class)

This one-hour class explores fundamental sports skills and basic gymnastics/movement skills focusing on improving hand/foot-eye coordination. The first half of the class emphasizes basic techniques including throwing, catching, dribbling, etc. and highlights sports terms and elementary stances including “ready” position, under hand, over hand, etc. The second half emphasizes fundamental movement skills that comprise many of the core gymnastics activities including rolling, balancing, climbing, inversions, hanging, swinging, etc. This is a great opportunity to expose your child to real sports and teamwork for the first time in a fun, non-competitive and non-comparative environment! Different sports are emphasized each session.

Walking thru 8 Year Olds

1 ½ hours of free play for your child under the guidance and supervision of Rolly Pollies staff! Run, jump, tumble, climb and bounce plus use your imagination to build incredible forts and make up games . . we guarantee they will sleep well that night!
